International Congress XXIV

At the conclusion of the Congress, participants should be able to:

  • Assess the newest technology and interventional techniques and determine the appropriate application to their patients
  • Review the progress on evolving techniques, technologies, and healthcare delivery
  • Apply the results of clinical trials and evidence-based medicine in the management of their patients
  • Integrate into their practices the knowledge obtained through real-time case demonstrations

Disclosure Policy

It is the policy of the International Congress Foundation to ensure balance, independence, objectivity, and scientific rigor in all its sponsored educational programs. All those in control of the content are required to disclose all relevant financial relationships with any commercial interest, their intention to discuss off-label or investigational use, and to attest to the validity of their scientific research and recommendations involving clinical medicine.

The intent of this policy is to resolve any conflict of interest prior to developing the education activity by (1) identifying the relationship, (2) instructing speakers to base clinical recommendations on the best available evidence, and (3) submitting content for peer review during development to ensure it is clinically valid, based on generally accepted scientific research, and aligned with the interests of the public.

Education content, faculty selection and presentations are not influenced by commercial entities. Complete disclosure information will be included in the syllabus for each activity.

Accreditation

American Medical Association
International Congress Foundation is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. International Congress XXIV is approved for AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM.

Podiatric Medicine
This credit may be submitted to your local State Board of Podiatry Examiners for CME credit. Please contact your state association for complete information.

European Union of Medical Specialists
AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM are recognized by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS).

Continuing Nursing Education
